Introduction

This is an example ePortfolio for students in the MLT Program.  When creating the ePortfolio please remember to:

  • the portfolio is a professional representation of the MLT Student and can be used to
    • obtain a position in the clinical laboratory field
    • transfer to a 4 year MLS program
  • check spelling and grammar
  • state the MLT Program Outcomes
    • on their own page
    • describe how each project meets the specified outcome(s) on the project's page
  • introduce each project by summarizing the topic covered
  • revise all course projects before posting
    • use correct APA formatting
    • the information in the project should be complete and concise (unless a narration is recorded, the only information presented will be what is visually accessible)
  • upload projects so they can be easily viewed (slideshare)
  • create an intuitive/user friendly portfolio 
  • students pictured in the portfolio should follow the MLT Program dress code
  • the portfolio should not include pictures of individuals other than the student creating the portfolio
