- the portfolio is a professional representation of the MLT Student and can be used to
- obtain a position in the clinical laboratory field
- transfer to a 4 year MLS program
- check spelling and grammar
- state the MLT Program Outcomes
- on their own page
- describe how each project meets the specified outcome(s) on the project's page
- introduce each project by summarizing the topic covered
- revise all course projects before posting
- use correct APA formatting
- the information in the project should be complete and concise (unless a narration is recorded, the only information presented will be what is visually accessible)
- upload projects so they can be easily viewed (slideshare)
- create an intuitive/user friendly portfolio
- students pictured in the portfolio should follow the MLT Program dress code
- the portfolio should not include pictures of individuals other than the student creating the portfolio
